How does Deltaframe score my answer?
Criterion-based, not holistic. The grader judges each named criterion independently and must quote a verbatim substring from your answer as evidence. The full rubric and a worked example are at /how-it-works.
What counts as an evaluation?
Each time you submit a session for AI scoring — Coaching or Interview Prep — that uses one of your evaluations. Follow-up questions and hints do not count. Free accounts get 3 evaluations total.
Why no annual plan?
Most users prep for a specific window — usually 4 to 10 weeks. We don't want you paying for a year you won't use. Pay monthly, cancel any time.
Can I downgrade back to free?
Yes. Cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal and you'll revert to the free tier at the end of the billing period.
Why is Interview Prep mode on the paid tier?
Interview Prep sessions consume the same evaluation as Coaching sessions, but strict scoring requires more Claude output. Paid ensures we can sustain the cost per session.
Is my data safe?
Session answers and scores are stored securely and never used to train any AI model. Only you can see your results.
